PX-422V

The PX-4V-220 alternator is a drop-in upgrade for the 2005-2008 GM C3500, C4500, and C5500 chassis with a gas or diesel engine. Our system has a plug-in harness with external regulator and is rated at 14 volts, 220 amps maximum output. There are 6 high temperature 60-amp positive diodes and 6 high temperature 60-amp negative diodes for superior cooling by increased rectification and larger heat sink area.  Get a printable brochure by clicking here.

PX-5 Series

Designed for 1997- 2008 Ford 6.0L Diesel and 6.8L Gas Engines. The PX-5 series is an extra heavy-duty upgrade for the Ford E-Series chassis including 2008 OEM applications. Our system is rated at 14 volts, 200 amps maximum output. It uses 12 high temperature 60-amp positive diodes and 6 high temperature 60-amp negative diodes in heat sinks designed for superior cooling.
